Welcome to WTFAA, a product of n2ns ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Chrome Extension and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies provided by third parties to generate responses, summaries, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical, legal, medical, financial, or other important decisions.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• AI-generated scripts or code executed through the Service are run at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek. By using these features, you agree to:

• Comply with the terms of service and usage policies of these third-party providers.
• Acknowledge that your data (such as page content or queries) may be transmitted to these providers for processing.
• Understand that we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

We may also use Paddle.com as our payment processor. Your use of payment services is subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.

6. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not refund already processed payments for the current billing cycle, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WTFAA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WTFAA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
